"Virocid & Kenocox Cash Prize Promotion" with The Country
Each contestant who enters this Ecolab promotion agrees as follows
That this competition and promotion is limited to farmers and sharemilkers in New Zealand who are over 18 years of age. Ecolab reserves the right to require any contestant to provide identification and/or proof of age.
The "Virocid & Kenocox Cash Prize" promotion commences Wednesday 13th of February and entries close (NZDT) 5pm Friday 5th of April.
The “Cash Prize” will be drawn on Monday the 8th of April.
That the prizes are not transferable to any other person
Ecolab is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction which may result in delay or failure to enter.
The judge’s determination of the winner of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each person may only enter the “Virocid Kenocox Cash Prize” competition once
That by entering this “Virocid Kenocox Cash Prize” competition each contestant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
This agreement is governed by New Zealand law. Disputes are to be heard within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand
Ecolab will endeavor to notify the winner by email, text or phone as soon as possible after the “Virocid Kenocox Cash Prize” winner is selected. Contestants will be responsible for supplying correct contact details.
The winning contestant agrees to the free use of their name and photograph for any promotional purposes carried out by Ecolab.
Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be used for marketing purposes and held by Ecolab in accordance with its privacy policy. Each contestant has the right to access, update and correct such information.
